Our associates' qualifications and expertise include bachelors, masters and PhD degrees in media, health promotion, electrical engineering, research, journalism, community radio broadcasting, sound engineering and cross-cultural education. Together we have lived and worked across Asia as practitioners, training facilitators, project managers and consultants.

Our consultants have been engaged with agencies associated with the UN, government, non-government, community-based, not-for-profit, donor and volunteer-based groups. Communication for development training, project design, evaluation and mentoring have been applied to projects as varied as agriculture, employee capacity-building, humanitarian response to disasters, health issues, community development needs, peacebuilding and conflict transformation, media skills development, strengthening community social capital and empowerment, family values, HIV AIDS, chronic disease, designing education curriculum in communication for development, and designing and writing manuals and text books.
